Trial Run Notice

Yoruscan is currently in Beta. During this period, we may log more verbose debug information. Due to ongoing architectural adjustments, some historical data (non-critical logs, cached analysis) may be reset. We will strive to protect your core subscription data (watch lists, account info).

1. Information Collection

We collect the following information:

Account Info: Email (for login/alerts), encrypted password, and linked third-party IDs (Discord/Telegram).
Monitor Data: URLs you submit (Bandcamp, Artist, Album). These are public data, but we track your following behavior to build your 'Taste Profile'.
Taste Profile: Preferences generated via algorithms based on your follows/favorites (e.g. BPM range, visual keywords).
Payment Info: We use Creem for payments. We do not store credit card or bank details, only payment status and subscription period.

2. Information Usage

We use collected info for:

Core Service: Monitoring URL changes (new releases, restocks) and sending alerts.
AI Analysis: Using third-party AI services to analyze artwork/audio for recommendations and tagging.
Improvement: Analyzing system performance and optimizing scheduler strategies.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We interact with:

AI Providers: For Vision/Text generation. We only send public cover art/metadata, no personal info.
Creem: Our Merchant of Record.
Proxy Providers: To ensure stability, requests may be routed through proxy networks (accessing public pages only).

4. Retention & Security

Audio: Streamed temporarily (first 30s) for analysis, then memory released. Never stored.
Images: Only compressed thumbnails or external links are stored.
Security: Sensitive configs (Webhooks) are encrypted.

5. Your Rights

You can export monitor data or request account deletion in Settings. Deletion permanently erases personal data, though anonymous stats may remain.
