Yoruscan is an Agent-based music intelligence system providing URL monitoring, restock alerts, and AI analysis. Specs are subject to actual online availability.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

No Abuse: No high-frequency scraping, DDoS, or bypassing Rate Limits.
Legal Use: Do not monitor illegal content.
Security: Secure your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Beta Pricing: Prices (FREE/PRO/PREMIUM/BUSINESS) may adjust based on operational costs.
Refunds: Generally no refunds for digital services, except if service is down for >48h due to major faults.
Limits: Exceeding plan quotas may result in restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform: Code, algorithms, and design belong to Yoruscan.
User Data: Your monitor list and taste profile belong to you.

6. Disclaimers

Third Parties: We rely on public data from platforms like Bandcamp. We are not liable if they block access or change structure.
Force Majeure: Not liable for interruptions due to natural disasters, attacks, etc.
Missed Deals: We help you discover, but do not guarantee successful purchase of limited items.
